A questionnaire on Employee Experience practices will need to be completed by your HR team reflecting your current state.
An online Employee Experience survey will be administered to a random sample of employees selected by WeSoar from your overall employee base.
The submissions will be evaluated blind by an independent high profile jury.
At the end of the evaluation, the jury will unveil the winners of the 2022 LEX Awards (MENA). Winning organizations will receive a certificate and a media pack that can be used to promote their employer brand on social media.
